This is pretty dense reading, but is a must-read for anyone interested in increasing diversity at universities。 Stewart and Valian not only talk about the problems for women and minorities in the University, but they also provide tested, clear cut approaches for improving diversity and inclusing/belonging。 I'll post a link to my review for LARB here when it's published。My BLARB review is here: http://blog。lareviewofbooks。org/revie。。。 This is pretty dense reading, but is a must-read for anyone interested in increasing diversity at universities。 Stewart and Valian not only talk about the problems for women and minorities in the University, but they also provide tested, clear cut approaches for improving diversity and inclusing/belonging。 I'll post a link to my review for LARB here when it's published。My BLARB review is here: http://blog。lareviewofbooks。org/revie。。。 。。。more
